At BindiPetZ, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and transparently.
This page outlines our shipping and returns policy for all Australian customers.
We offer fast 1–3 day dispatch, free shipping on orders over $129, and a straightforward 30-day return policy for eligible items.
No international shipping is available at this time.
🚚 Domestic Shipping
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, via Australia Post or Direct Freight Express.
Delivery Timeframes:
Metro areas: 2–3 business days
Regional areas: +1–2 additional business days
WA, remote QLD, NT, TAS: Up to 5 business days
📌 Please allow an additional 5–7 business days during peak sales or holiday periods.
All orders are tracked and marked as “Authority to Leave” by default unless arranged otherwise.
🔒 Note: We currently only ship within Australia. No international shipping is available.
🔁 Change-of-Mind Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt if they meet the following conditions:
✅ Acceptable for return if:
Unused and unchewed
In original condition
In original packaging with all tags attached
📦 Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the product was faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
💳 Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:
Opened, used, or chewed items
Edible pet treats, food, or supplements
Final-sale or clearance items
Customised, personalised, or made-to-order items
✅ Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
📸 Please contact us with a photo of the issue and description before sending anything back.
📬 We will cover the return postage costs in these cases.
⚖️ Your Rights Under ACL
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product has a major failure or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do.
